Today is tomorrow...

The 17th I sent a...whats it called...strip by phone? They said everything is fine.
Remember I said I had issues the evening before? This was Sunday evening. I did. Thats when Nascar went...is it called EOL?? My device nurse was quite shocked. I go back next week to see when I get Nascar2.
Nascar1 runs at 100%, 100% of the time.
At least I know why these things were happening. Very long day and I am quite tired.
Have a lovely evening, Kreth

Good for you

For pressing on. You know your body best and you know when something isn't right. Glad you found the answer.

You mentioned you want to learn more about your device. You may want to have a conversation with the Nurse and let her know you are interested in learning and could she explain what she is doing as she goes along with the interrogation (checking) of the device. If she is worth her salt, she should be willing to explain things.

Ask away here too. That's how we all learn.

Time with Nascar1

Actually, Don, It has been 41/2 years. I should have mentioned that. I got Nascar October 12, 2008.
I mentioned Monday I had issues the evening before? For a bit of time my heart felt like it was "shaking"; it took my breath away. I had to sit back in my chair and use my oxygen. After some talk I had read on here, I felt he was "going". He had changed, and this episode somewhat let me know what was what. I was not surprised yesterday, but the device nurse was really shocked. They had called me Monday and told me that since they did the strip on the 17th, I did not have to come in yesterday, I could wait until my July appointment. Glad I went.
:-) VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM back at you, Don.
Loving these jokes off on the right here, cracks me up..

Good Job

I feel like "Little Sir Echo," behind Grateful Heart twice now.

I just noticed that you've had Nascar for 5 yrs - at 100%, 100% of the time, that's about right for going into EOL.

Good luck w/ good old NASCAR 2.

VROOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

Don

You know you're wired when...

You have a 25 year mortgage on your device.

I finished 29th in London in 2 hours 20 minutes 30 seconds which is my fastest with or without a device so clearly it didn’t slow me down ! I had no problems apart from some slight chaffing on my scar - more Vaseline next time.
