My "check-up" is with the device nurse. They read the strip and say the pacemaker is fine. That just is not enough info. No matter who I see, same answer.
[I had issues yesterday in the evening which lasted for quite a while. I will make them aware of this].
I will also be asking for copies of my records. Will they give me a copy of the strip?
Note, I do realize the "device nurse" is there just to check the strip, and not "doctor" me.
Nascar [the PM], has been very different the last month.
Hope you all have a great Monday.....

Al that matters is how you feel !

Hi Kreth I wouldn't be too bothered about getting a printout ; I always got one ( " it's my body and I want one ! " etc )
but , in all honesty, it is very difficult to interpret and now I don't bother .
It is good news if they tell you that Nascar is working fine; it is only bad news if you don't feel well, and if you don't well see the Dr !
Cheers

Yesterday I moved to a new place in my mind and realized how bad I felt 'before' and the difference my pacemaker has made.
Not enough information...

if you are feeling fine and you are having your pacemaker checked then I'd be okay with it. HOWEVER, if you are not feeling well or have questions then ask to have an EP or a doctor present...or make an appointment with one to address your concerns.
Most PM Techs (the ones who check out your devices) can answer most questions, but to me it makes me feel better when these answers I seek come from the doctor's mouth.
You need to tell them what you want.
Best of luck.
