Is this normal..PM sticking out of my chest.

Hi i am 15 days into this and learning more by the day. Still a lot of bruising, but is clearing. My concern is about the size of the lump in my chest. it is almost three inhes long and an inch and a half wide and protruding over half an inch from my chest. I had a lot of swelling, but this has gone down now and what is left is rock hard. Is this normal and will I be left with this big thing sticking out of my chest.

Angry Sparrow, I will be proud of it. I had been thinking the opposite way, that nobody is ever going to see this.

Swelling

There may still be some swelling internally and it takes months to settle in but mine still sticks out after 5 years.

Not the case for everyone though. It beats the alternative.
