Does anyone check the pacemaker using a cell phone instead of the phone line?
I want to rid off the land line to save some bucks!! (and pay the $medical bill$)
Thank you

Data Plan

Hello,
I have a Boston Scientific Latitude Communicator. I subscribe to their data plan. It's $13.99 a month. It's called their cellular data plan, but has nothing to do with your cell phone. It just reads it wirelessly, as long as you have the appropriate equipment. I hope this helps. Just call the 1-800 # on the back of your reader, or your booklet, if you still have it.

You know you're wired when...
You have a dymo-powered bike.

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.

Check with the technician doing your checkups or contact the manufacturer.
