Hi everyone
I had to let you know about my experience after my pacemaker was fitted in August last year. Operation went well then after a week or two my shoulder started to hurt.I went to physio in work late December and after 7 visits which included acupuncture friction rubbing and ultra sound she referred me meto my own doctor.I Was sent to hospital where I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I was given a cortisone injection and a week later I was given a sheet with six excersises to do.Since then approx five weeks later I am nearly pain free and have nearly full mobility. Hope this information help someone out there.Phil Russell Scotland

You know you're wired when...
You play MP3 files on your pacer.

The experience of having a couple of lengths of wire fed into your heart muscle and an electronic 'box' tucked under the skin is not an insignificant event, but you will survive.
