hey Shazz
Hang in there, I am 8 weeks post 100% pacemaker dependent, and each week I notice that my strength slowly returned, first 2 weeks I couldn't get a deep breath, really sore under my ribs, I had to go back to work, my job requires 10 to 12 miles of walking with my patients, My left shoulder is still sore, sometimes when I get up too quick I am dizzy, over all the heart Dr says everything is great, the healing process depends on each person. I have always been the type of person when my feet hits the floor, I have a million things gonna on and I feel like I have to get everything done NOW. LOL Take care!
Pat
happy you are home

Hi! Is your medical care aware of your really sore throat? Just be cautious, as it could be unrelated to the surgery. At first, after a device implant , we tend to relate all symptoms to that. Take care and keep us posted. I hope you are feeling much better soon. Hopeful Heart
getting better

this incident was so unexpected only had a few dizzy spells but on the day waves of dizziness I called an ambulance from work because I didn't think i could drive from the station to the drs by the time ambos arrived by PR went down to 28 i feel so lucky

same here the pain when taking a breath eased away a little each day and after a month had no more pain. Still have a slight sore throat feeling when I have fibs in the 140 to 160 range........PMkr cuts in at or around 58 and stabilizes at 60 . taking 75 metoprolol tart twice a day for lowering pulse rate
