Hi i just joined, i had my pacemaker put in 5wks ago the 1st 2 wks after the op i felt great, but now not so good i am still getting out of breath not so bad as before, seeing lung dr nxt wk as they were not happy when i had some test done, but what is driveing me mad is i am tired all the time, 12mths ago i was working 9hrs a day and on my feet most of that, but just going to the shops now and i am done in, does any one alse feel like this??

A lot of things can leave you tired a month after. Sometimes it just takes longer to heal than we'd like, other times the settings need adjusted. If you are feeling worse now than you did 2 weeks post op, please call and ask to be seen. You should be steadily improving.

Hi! Nine hour days are tiring,especially for many post open. You mentioned seeing a pulmonologist shortly due to some tests of concern. That certainly seems appropriate, as your symptoms could be, at least partially, due to another cause. Be sure your cardiologist and pulmonologist are aware of each other's tests, prescribed medications and any other treatment. I hope you get an answer soon and start feeling much better.
