Nerve pain

About six months after having my pacemaker implanted in 2002 I have noticed pain down my left side of my body. Same side that my pacemaker is on. I've been to drs and pain clinics and no one seems to find anything wrong. They tell me it's fibromyalgia. I believe it has to be a pinched nerve. I have numbness and tingling and pain in my pinkie and ring fingers. I also have weakness and drop a lot of things. I hate living in pain everyday. Anyone else have issues? Mine has been going for ten yrs.
