Thank you Robert, Tammy and all;
I am feeling a bit better day by day thanks to all your support and information, still feel like a bit of a way to go as Wednesday was only my 4th week.
Have been doing a little bit of walking and even went to the local pool yesterday, not to swim of course but did some light walking up and down in waist depth, dont want to do or go to overboard and get to ahead of myself as must admit when I got home I was a bit tired and sweaty a bit.
Still having a bit of trouble with rate or rythum control I think, not sure though wether its still a bit of the dreaded A/F when my heart goes to quick sometimes and that tends to make me feel tired, out of breath sort of like you`ve done more than you have feeling, especially notice it when going up stairs or up hills sometimes, not always though only when ticker going fast.
and still get that tickly cough with it as mentioned before. drives me nuts!!
Will discuss this with my Tech when I see him on the 14th March for first check up, am also seeing Dr or Professor Michael Kilbourne on the 7th March as a follow up after the surgery and have a few questions to ask, hope I dont forget something important, I will make notes just in case!, he is a approachable Dr and easy to talk to, I believe He`s a Electro cardioligist.
Anyway thank you again for you comments and help as I really appreciate all you support and maybe you have some other input into what I said so far or symptoms I`m experiencing. Take care out there people and hope you day or night whatever the case is good.
Kind regards. Johnb

Hang in there. If it's your settings, once they get it right, you'll probably feel better and better. If it's the A-fib, you might get a little more comfortable with it, or they may find another med or procedure that can help. As for the cough, I'm interested to hear what others say, because even though I don't have that problem, I've seen it here quite a few times, and am wondering if somethings being stimulated by the PM, producing the cough. Has anayone explained to you why this happens?
Like you said, do keep a sheet of paper or a little notebook to keep your notes on with you all of the time and any time you feel anything (even if you don't think it's related to your PM) so you can jot it down. That way, you'll have all your concerns on the same sheet and ready to go when you have your appointment. It will help your tech figure out what you need changed, if that's the problem. If you don't write everything down, you'll forget something.
Good luck and hang in there! They say it takes about 8 months for everything to get where it needs to be and you'll feel 100%. You'll be there soon, if not sooner!
