Hard heartbeat

New member so maybe old question, but has anyone gone thru spells where your heart feels like it is beating so hard that its going to come out of your chest. Pulse and blood pressure fine and just passed thorough examination. Battery due to be changed within a few weeks? Just don't feel right and have had dry cough for 2 weeks. Any ideas?

Hi! Doris, Any time you are having symptoms that cause you to worry, call your doctor, if just for your peace of mind. Your doctor should know you are having unfamiliar hard beats and a lingering unexplained cough, even more so with your approaching surgery. Hope you get an answer and relief soon. Hopeful Heart

Lisinopril

What ever they call it
lisinopril (Zestril, Prinivil)
Caused me to cough dry and for no reason. If you were recently put on it talk to doc about changing blood pressure / heart failure meds. I went to losartan and no more cough. Here is hoping for easy fix!
