stop breathing and heart pain

hi, im new here and i have just made my peacmaker ICD here at london at the 6th of november 2012, after that i got a complecation and the cables been moved and made an injury inside the heart where they take me again to the opration to fix it back, pluse i were having alot of fluied around the heart where they take it out. after the opration all going fine and i start to heal , i even start to walk and do all styfs better than before. then just 3 days ago (1/DEC/2012) after one month almost i start to have a ping and noize things at the heart area, it seems that like some thing soured inside, each time i breath the pain go more. then while im going to the peacing clinic i have got amore sercomstance where i got a tight in my neck and hard to breath, like some thing been stucked and my breath been stoped like my heart is stoped(not:e i got a heart faliure and my edjection percentage is 23%)i have done all blod tests ,xray , ultra sound, peacmaker programing check, the Dr said there is nothing to worry about and i have just to take the pain killer, nothing changed except that pain in my chest been reduced, once i left the clinic and back to home i got a breathing blocked again and feal my heart bearly working, then i have laid out for 20 min and then get better, this condtion came back again when i tried to walk for a 7 min. now previously i were able to work for distances and all is fine, just 3 weeks after the opration it get worse? please anybody have something simileri will be thanks for his help

It sounds like you may still have some fluid around your heart. I would check with your doctor again. Don't let it go too long. It can happen after surgery.

we have been checked by the ultra sound, and he said the fluid amount is around 0.5cm width and 0.4cm in depth. he said nothing important, although i still feel the pain and its increasing each day
