Squeezing muscle feeling.

Hi all, I had a pacemaker fitted about 6mnths ago or there a bouts,it all went well but in the last month I've started to feel as though some ones squeezing my heart for a second or two it's hard to breath but only for a second then it's like they let go and I'm back to normal, Just wondered if any one can explain. Any chest pain should always be checked out. It's probably nothing, but better safe than sorry. Are you doing anything new, something that could be aggravating the muscle?

Hi thanks for that if it gets any worst will have it looked at, and yes I've started the gym but not pushing my self to much. Thanks again.
