Increasing Arrythmias and Pain

Hi all,
It was discovered over the summer that I developed a junctional rhythm hidden in a dead zone that they could not adjust settings to fix. So it was recommended that I live with it, as ablading my AV node would risk heart failure. I have a dual chamber Revo due to sinus node ablation for serious SVT. The SVT still appears above 140-180, but below 140 my sinus note stops working and the pacer does all the work. I am 99% top lead and 2-4% bottom lead. So thats my background... now for the new problem.

A few months ago I woke up with my chest vibrating.. it was brief maybe 20 seconds but enough to wake me.. I thought the massage setting on my bed was accidentally turned on.. but it was coming from my heart. This happened again 2 months later. The Interrogation is set to only record events faster than 150 so if it was Atrial Flutter below 150 it would not record. So this was an unidentifiable event. After these events I began having what feels like a single hiccup in my heart... thats the best I can say to describe how it feels. Its definitley not my junctional rhythm because it feels sooo different.

When I touch my neck to monitor the rhythm when this event is active I feel a long pause under my finger.. then I feel the jump (hiccup) in my heart. I think its PVC's. I had another interrogation which shows a large increase in PVC's. No real answer for why this is happening.

Jump ahead a few weeks.. the PVC's are getting strong again and now I am experiencing some random unexplainable pains, the pains are NOT happening at the same time as the PVC's they are seperate events and not even around the same time.
The pain is directly on the left side of my sternum about the bottom 1/3 of my breast/behind the breast.. it is definitley in my heart. Its the exact same spot every time.. I could pinpoint it with a needle its such a fine location. I am wondering if due to all the PVC's is it possible I am just using the lower lead more? Could I be feeling the shock from the lower lead? I cant reproduce any movement to trigger the pain and I cant predict when it will happen. The pain was small last week when it started, it was enough to get my attention but seemed to last 10 seconds... now the pain is so intense I grab my chest and gasp, scaring those around me.. but it only lasts for the instant it takes to grab my chest. Within 2-3 seconds its completely gone, except for the memory.

Have any of you experienced this?? I have a chest xray scheduled today and a doc visit on Friday with another interrogation, but as you all know its hard to sit by not knowing what is going on. I have had heart pains for years some of which freak people out because I dont go to the ER. But as you all know if I went everytime I would live in the ER. Thats not an option. Thoughts?? Thanks for reading
