I was wondering if the Flex Pro belt is dangerous for me. It is the belt that helps you tone and tighten your love handles ( lol..yes I have those) I would like to get rid of them..the easy way of course.. but not at the expense of my health. I have tried to find out some info on this and the only thing I found was that it would interfere with would be installation of the pacemaker.. Any ideas?

I have always heard that nothing will reduce a specific area of your body. I was reaching a point at which I could not get into my trousers.
As my name indicates, I play a lot of tennis. To lose weight, I started going to the fitness center on nontennis days, riding the stationary bike, doing sit-ups, and also doing weight training. I quickly lost five pounds and am aiming to lose five more pounds.
I am not bragging, but just giving you the benefit, if any, of my experience.

Thanks. My problem is motivation to work by myself. I tend to " play hookie" with workouts if there isnt a partner to keep me going at it.. Sad isn't it? LOL

there are no short cuts. Diet will get rid of excess fat, exercise will tone. I've never heard of any gadget like that working. My husband has a big pile of them, all unused or barely used then tossed aside. And he still has the love handles ;o)
