I had a 40 min episode of flutter, and last time I went to see the EP, he saw it.I told him the date and time, and he found it,and did an adjustment on the PM,said it shouldn't happen again.Thinks the Pm thought something was happening,so it switched and put me into it,then I switched back on my own.Hmmmmm
The EP also saw exactually what time of day and how many days I work out, which was wild! Good thing I didn't lie about my workouts,I told him how much I do,and he saw it all, every day,and the times, for the duration of time, since my HR gets elevated when I workout,it was so weird, all recorded.
Been good since!

The pm will record a set number of episodes before it records over, it varies how many. I'd call if your appt isn't until oct, see if anything shows up. And see if they can program so you don't feel it!
Laura, they always know how much we work out!!!
pacing

Block is different from flutter. If the atria beats but the ventricle doesn't follow (block), the pm will jump with in a paced beat. Sometimes the heart does a little half beat on its own, like if it was ready to beat when the pm kicked in. That may be what you are feeling. If it's annoying, sometimes they can adjust the timing and give your heart a bit longer to beat on its own. If it's atrial flutter, it's unrelated to the block because it's the atria doing the little extra beat.
