I need some input..I have a BS pacer for low & slow, take meds for high & fast, put in 9/12/12, Also have copd, on oxygen about 80% of time, will be having a sleep study if I ever get over cold. So about 2 weeks ago had a week dizzy spell while I was on the computor. Walked into the living room to test my oxygen, had it on. Oxygen was 95% PR was 46 I sit there until it hit 60 about 5 or 6 min. It has done that 4 or 5 times that I checked and more that I didn't. I also have a sore spot between the BS and my shoulder. Making me wonder. Jean

It could be a number of things but the best way to find out is call and ask to have the pm checked. They can tell you what the pm was doing at the time.
It's not likely you dislodged a lead, but that would be a reason why you could be so far below your set rate.
Were you counting manually or using the oximeter? If you were having PAC's or PVC's, it's possible you were having small beats that weren't picked up.
Good luck! Hoping it's nothing and you get over your cold soon.
