pacemaker syndrome?

I had a dual lead pacer inserted for sinus node dysfunction seven months ago and am now experiencing occasional syncope and a lot of presyncope, chest and abdomen pain, and I have suddenly got borderline pulmonary hypertension and atrial dilation. Anyone know if this is likely pacemaker syndrome as my doctor doesn't seem to know and no-one seems to care, except me!
