chest pain

started two months ago....
I got chest pain had to call ems. 4 times,n drive 2 times all the e.r doctor say nothing wrong they did ekg"s , xrays, ct scans, blood works etc. everythinv normal. the pain is like a chrap pulling pain stabbing pain. now I feel weak all the time n also feel my heart rate. I also seen my cardio doctor shows nothng wrong. im only 19, had pacemaker 4 years almost 5 in jan. av block with duak leads. has anyone had this issue bedoe. I need,my life back im so tired of thus im scred to do anything
