running

i did a 5 mile race on dec 1 i finished last in my age group but i felt good running. next year i will able train more. hope everyone has merry christmas.

This week I read we are either changing or dying. Good for you! Running is a decision to change. The most important thing IMHO is to finish the race.

I wish they would have a category for people with assistive devices. I think it would be an inspiration to others, but would help folks like us know that there are other people with pacemakers who have decided it is more important to live than to die.

congratulations! I ran my first 1/2 marathon last week - also my slowest, but I did it and felt great! going to Disney for a 1/2 in January so I will be testing out the TSA scanning issue.
