Hi all I have not been here in a long time, I am not feeling well. About two years ago I received my pacemaker due to Brady Cardia, Last September I had Massive open heart surgery due to a walnut size blood clot in the heart on a lead, while they were in there they repaired my aorta, fixed a merma, found a tumor in one of the chambers. A 4 hour operation lasted 8 hours and 6 hour recovery went to 72 hours in a coma. A six day hospital stay turned into 17 days.
Well it's a year later and I just found out that I had a silent heart attack and they also just found out that I have a right bundle blockage. Nobody told me that this is pacemaker life. Right now I am weak and very tired all of the time, I have a hard time doing the stairs. By the way I have diabetes and I am also terminally ill, I really don't know what's going on inside of me.
I am really tired and have no strength to continue fighting this battle. Since my surgery my spinal cord has been in extreme pain and I have been choking every night on clear phlegm and can not sleep anymore. I have decided to rest now and minimize treatment. I am 52 male thin 145 lbs. with five kids from 8 - 21. Need to here how bad you all are doing so I don't feel so bad for myself. My prayers are with you all keep fighting
people. Your friend Greg
Well I hope I am around to here your responses, could use some words of encouragement, I been speaking to GOD but I guess he is busy to.

What? This is definitely not pacemaker life. Your problems are very complicated and involved. I, too, have difficulty with stairs and my problems are nothing compared to yours. Five young kids? No wonder you're exhausted. And just when you are feeling so tired, you probably need to exercise! I feel so bad about your plight. Please don't think God is too busy to hear your cries. Remember, he resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. Nothing keeps us humble like health problems. Forge ahead my friend.
Thanks Guys

Dear Lurch, Angry Sparrow, and NiceNiecey:
Well to answer two questions, first the terminal illness is not my heart condition and is a cancer issue. A silent Heart Attack is when you have had a heart attack without the classic symptoms like pain. Mine was confirmed by two separate doctors and that was to confirm their detection.
I have been told that the pacemaker is suppose to correct right bundle blockages and I can't understand how it came about if I already have a pacemaker, it would make you assume that the pacemaker is not doing it's job.
As for God, he is my savior and a big part of my life. I ashamed that I question him when I am a Catholic Apostolic Priest. It is so hard to try to understand why he gives us so much challenge, I have been told that he won't give us any more than we can handle. Got tell you I have had enough can I skip this line for a little while. Your all in my prayers and it is a joyful pleasure to have all of you invisible friends.

Yes, it can be tough, but we have to be tougher. If not for ourselves, for our families!
I would strongly recommend you contact your Doctor's office and ask them to refer you to somebody you can talk to.
I sincerely hope you start feeling better, and again, hope that you talk to someone in your area who can help you deal with the issues.
