Complication post installation of Pacemaker

I have been implanted with a dual chamber pacemaker 3 weeks back. After getting relieved from hospital, I am suffering from a chest pain in right side of my chest. After complaining to the doctor, I have been asked for a chest X Ray and being told a clear chest. Still I am suffering from a right side chest pain. Can anybody guide me in this regard.

It could be sleeping differently to compensate, it could be lack of activity making muscles sore. Right side is always less worrisome than left side but all chest pain should be checked out, esp if you have other symptoms like cough, shortness of breath, dizziness. If you don't have anything else, maybe give it a few days and see how you feel. If you get worse or it doesn't go away, go back.
