Dizzy and lightheaded

The past couple of weeks I have had episodes of feeling dizzy, shaky and lightheaded. The first time it happened I thought maybe I just needed to eat but it has happened a couple times since and was after I had eaten. I also have been feeling short of breath off and on. I have a single chamber PM that was placed in July due to sinus tach after 3 ablations that were unsuccessful. Does anyone have any idea if this is PM related or if my heart is doing weird things. I sometimes feel short of breath when I am resting and not doing anything. I have a dr appt on monday with my EP for a check up. I don't know much about my PM other than my settings are at 60/130 and RR is on and was pacing 70% at my last visit. Also still having alot of palpatations. Any ideas or advice would be great one what is going on and what questions I should ask the dr when I go.

Jot down what time you're having episodes. It could be settings, could be something else, hard to say but it's worth getting checked out.

yes no matter what any one saids i have learned all this is caused by the passemaker ,weather on not,the doctor agrees, i found out the heard way. see how much time has been use on you battery from your last check up and were your settings changed . feel better and let me know what yiu are told.
