Pacemaker rising

Does anyone know why I went from 35% to 90% in one year for the bottom part of my PM?

Generally the bottom paces when you are in block, which means the atria beats but the ventricles don't follow. It's possible that changing the settings, how long the heart is given to beat on its own before the pm kicks in, could change your number. If that interval was shortened, you would possibly pace more often. It's also possible you are in block more often now. It's not uncommon to progress.

Don't stress over it, the number doesn't much matter. Once we are paced, the pm is there when we need it. There is no magic number that is good or bad, if you feel good then you are pacing the right amount. Most of us with block pace 100%
