I talked to the Medtronics rep a while back and they aren't allowed to supply results directly to the patient. It's strictly a matter of politics since the doc's office downloads it from Medtronics.

I have a St. Jude which is why I must be able to get a copy after each PM check. I had no idea Medtronics wouldn't do that.
Can you request a copy from your doctor? Mine keeps a copy in my file. Hopefully, you can get one from him/her. They might charge you for it, but it would be worth it.

Do you get the report from your doctor or can you go online and get it yourself?
That's what Supersale was asking about, and especially the Care Link phone checks.
I have my cardio's office trained to down load the Care Link report and mail me a copy within a week. For the office check the Medtronics rep prints me a report while I'm still sitting in his exam room.

St. Jude Report - Electric Frank...

I receive my PM check/change report from the PM tech that does the interrogation and/or makes changes. She prints it off for me before I leave the office, just like yours does. My cardiologist also gets a copy for my file as well.
I've never done a phone check so I don't know how they'd handle copies there. My monitor is a St. Jude Merlin, but I've never used it. It's still in the box. I probably should take it out and hook it up one of these days. LOL!
Hopefully, Supersale can get what he/she needs. It's so important to keep informed on what's going on. It's interesting hearing the differences in each company's protocol in handling testing. I learn something every day.
Thanks for helping him/her out!
i would love to be able to see

I have medtronics and i would love to be able to se mine also. At my last Dr apt.. he was not happy that my heart has been staying at 145 and higher and said he was going ot check the pm clinic notes to see if my Transmissions show that. As i have been feeling bad for a couple months.

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.
PM Check Result?
by Many Blessings - 2012-12-28 10:12:02
Hi Supersale,
Are you looking for the results/print out of your PM check results? If so, you can have your PM Tech (or whoever makes your adjustments or PM checks) print that out for you after each of your PM checks. Your doctor should have a copy of it in your medical file as well.
I get a copy every time I have a PM check or change.
I hope this helps. If I'm misunderstanding what you're asking, someone else will give you the right answer I'm sure.
Good luck!
