Got 3rd implant in January 2012. Immediately began experiencing shortness of breath and swollen ankles. Problem now controlled with a water pill once per day. With the present unit my resting pulse rate is 65 or a little less - I can't get more than about 100 with exercise.
Is there a connection between low pulse rates and Phlebitis
