heart skipping beats

Well i have a new question....I had my pacemaker-defib put in in jan of 2012...I have lots of energy..finally got over the crying so much..but now there are times when I can feel my heart jumping around or beating several times then missing a beat...I had this some before but now I have it more often since the procedure and im wondering why....it doesnt happen every day or night but pretty often...I know I probably need to just go to the dr..and I am scheduled the middle of July but just wondered if anyone else had the problem...I have a LBBB and cardiomyopathy....I had an ablation last oct 2012 for wolf parkinson white syndrome..so I dont know whats going on...I do like having all the energy but dont like feeling the heart jump..
