Ablation/AF/Pacemaker

hi there, just thought I would post that my PM is no trouble at all only used under 10% and been in for 5 mnths. The problem is still AF which has started to recur more often and not reacting to Flecanaide. I had a cardioversion this week which left me in bed for 5 days with a flu, weakened immune system I suppose. A week off work. I am now booked in for a second ablation on July 11th. I just trust the medical people and do as they suggest. It would be lovely to be problem free.

Hi
I had AF for about 8 years, then had an a PVI ablation, and that reduced the AF from about 3 a week to once a month. My EP booked me in for another ablation, which i cancelled, he then put in a Medtronic PM with Overdrive pacing, designed to manage early recurrence of AF, it was of some help. I then changed my diet, and am taking minerals and other supplements, and am now free of AF. I see you are in Australia, I live in South Australia. If you want any more info e-mail me
