Borrowing my friends legs

I fired my body a while back. It doesn't like to cooperate and the more I force it, the more it fights back. Stubborn. Wonder where it learned that.

I've been working on shedding baby weight by eating clean and being as active as my body will allow. (it isn't much) A friend of mine is doing the same and we have been each others cheerleaders. I saw on her facebook this morning she is walking the American Heart Association mini 5k next month. She doesn't have heart disease and I thought it was awesome. Well she sends me a message about an hour later and lets me know, *I* am the reason she is participating in the walk.

How cool is that? she's 15 years my senior and I may not be able to do it with her, but I am going to make some signs, bring my fold out chair, pack the baby in her stroller and find a place to hang out on the course to cheer her on. We'll be decked out in Red and hell I may even throw gatorade on her at the finish line. I am super excited about this and I am still in awe she would think of me and choose *this* walk/race to show support to.

Just wanted to share!
