................just back from my 6th Adidas 24 hour Thunderun weekend in the UK. Shatteringly hot weather,.. 3 X 10 k relay runs,..the second in the woods at night...epic. My team of seven smashed out times to give us 24 laps of the all off-road circuit. TR 14 is quite probably the most gruelling challenge in the UK,...2700 runners in all. Magic !

Hi Tattoo Man I've just looked at the website, it looks like great fun. I assume that you were in the ' Notfast Nutters " team.

Did you ,Tattoo-Man , with artificial heart valve and PM, actually run 3 X 10 k i.e 18 miles ?? You deserve recognition at the highest level ! I will have a word with Her Majesty.

I find the thought of you running towards me in the woods at night to be quite terrifying . I'd rather see Inga jogging towards me down a Berlin shopping street any time !

Keep taking the tablets, ( you know that you act strangely without them. )

Inga ..yes ..all off road ..surfaces from sheep grass..grit...broken bricks,..tree roots and wet downhill grass. All with a 450 foot climb total per lap.
