Hey guys! Well I had a horrible day haven't had one of these in a while .. Since 5 this morning I have had periods of horrible palpations! So bad I feel them in the back of my throat .. I can't the doctor waiting for him to call back! It's also the first really out day here in New York .. You think the heat can have anything to do with the irregular heart beats? Has anyone experienced this?

Yes...feel really crummy in the hot humid weather. It is a trigger for me for afib. When my stomach is off is also a trigger. Strange I know.
pac pvc etc.

Yes I have many of them and they show up on pm. Cardio says not to worry they will not harm me, but it is just that I feel them all the time. Yes it often gives me chest pain too, but cardio still says not to worry, just take GTN spray.
Heat does not worry me except if I get too hot in bed. Jax, when my stomach is 'off' I have more of them. Strange.
Alma Annie.
Me too...

It is so nice to relate to others on this site. I too suffer from palpitations. Sometimes they really hurt and I wonder if I'm having a heart attack.
I've been told they're PVC's, muscle spasms etc.. The doctors look at me like I have two heads when I complain. One was rude to the point that I complained.
I also believe that warm muggy weather takes me down fast. Staying hydrated helps but it still saps me. I'm thinking of having T-shirts printed that say "Got oxygen?"
Take care,

The heat doesn't help but it's good you called the Doctor. Better to be safe than sorry. Let us know how it goes.
