Good day pacers,
I just got information this week from my cardiology group that my Medtronic Carelink telephone monitoring program now has a website that you can sign up and see your telephone monitoring activities. It will allow you to sign up with your pacer serial number and create an on-line account where you can see the dates and results of your activites. Didn't know about this until this week. Thought I'd pass it on to our members who have Medtronic pacers. https://www.mymedtroniccarelink.net/.

just added myself to that carelink site. I think it will be good to be able to access the information.
Won't register me

I just tried adding myself to the site, and got a message that the name/pacemaker serial # combination were not found! Guess I will have to call on Monday to see why they can't find me!
Limited Information

I just took the Tour of the site and the information doesn't include the reports that we like to see.
It is a way to confirm that they have received a transmission though. Could be handy for those that travel and need to use various phone lines.

I like the reminders for next reading and confirmation that my reading went through......it is good when you are planning on travel.....

Hi, It's time for me to also check out this Medtronic site. As I've had 4 Medtronic pacemakers & 1 St. Jude in over 21 years I have only had 1 interogation which gave me a printout & also some setting changes. This was done by a very competent St. Jude rep. As I just recently had my 5th replacement Medtronic PM I found my interogation showing every setting "fine". Well, after over 21 years of having very little setting adjustment changes made, Now I know my settings are not as good as previous. I might add that my last 3 PMs' were changed because of erosion & site problems. Hopefully I can get some cooperation with my next interogation by Medtronic rather than the rude rep gave me 6 weeks ago.
