Upper Tracking Rate change

After more than 10 years with a PM (this is my second) I've been having some problems recently and today had a meeting with my nurse practitioner, my EP and the rep. from Boston Scientific (who drove 2 hrs from Mass. just for the meeting!) to try and get to the bottom of it.
No-one's really sure what's going on, but lots of small tweaks were made, and in particular - at my request - my upper tracking rate increased from 155 to 165. We'll see how that goes - thanks to members here for discussing it in other posts, which made me ask the team some questions!
Anyway, long story short, I wanted to say how grateful I am that they're all working as a team, no-one's ego is getting in the way, and they're listening to what I tell them. I read some of the stories here of how members have been dismissed by their doctors - "the PM is working fine" and so on. I really think my team are an example to the profession of how it should work: the patient isn't feeling good, even if we're not seeing anything obvious on the read-out, lets see what we can do for her.

I just spent two hours raking and weeding in the garden, and although a bit puffed, I do feel better than I have been.

If you're not getting this kind of supportive teamwork from your provider, then -if possible - I would urge you to find someone who does work this way.

That is how it should be. Glad they are working as a team for you. Include yourself as part of that team.

Good for you.

I wasn't really self-conscious about it. I didn't even know I had one until around six or seven years old. I just thought I had a rock in my side.
