av node ablation

On January 29 of this year I had a av node ablation. Can anyone tell me what the normal settings are for the pacemaker after this type of ablation. Thanks

I am wondering...did your ablation work? I had boston pacemaker 12/08/12 for bradythacycardia which helped me.It is set to kick in at 60. I kept having afib episodes so 02/21/2014 I had an av noid ablation. I had no episodes for 6 days then wham back to afib episodes. Hope you are having better luck and you are feeling better! By the way I am 65 female. Thanks!

& it had to be done twice. I felt a lot better after done & PM put in just after node ablation. Next AM EP told me that my Afib was over-riding PM & so about a month later ablation done again. Worked & been great ever since. Still on Coumadin but can do what I want w/o being SOB.

To answer original post my PMs' ( on # 3 now) have been reset as I have been more active. I have the rate response on & currently am set at 60 to 120.
