Some drs say nothing overhead, some say nothing heavy overhead, but most say if you feel good go for it. Once the leads are grown into place, nothing should hurt them. The exception would be if they are very close to your collarbone. I do pull ups, push ups, overhead barbell work.

I did them this morning as part of my work out. I donât do behind the neck anymore. Not just because of the pacemaker but because I saw online that they are not good for you and your neck. I do the forehand grip and reverse grip. After implantation I lowered the weights until it got more comfortable. Other advice from my Doc., if it hurts donât do it.
