light headed and feeling like I did pre-pacer

Hi Pacer friends-
Haven't been here in awhile because all has been good until this week. I had my pacemaker put in 9 months ago diagnosis- neurocardiogenic syncope. Prior to placement, I was light headed several times and then passed out 3 times and my heart stopped. After the placement, my dr. put me on metoprolol 25mg. He does it to prevent the vasovagel response. I was on it for 7 months (didn't like the 'slug drug') and then I talked to my general dr. to see if I could go off and she consulted with a cardio dr. and then said I could go off. I have been feeling great up until this week. I bent down at work and became light headed. Then it happened 2 more times. This morning, I was feeling a bit dizzy and I had the same feeling that I did right before I would pass out -DANG! What should I do? I have a home monitor, should I hook myself up and send in the results? Should I go to urgent care, although I don't think this will help because the cardio docs aren't there on the weekends. Do you think this is because I went off the meds? I'm so angry at my body right now and feeling a bit scared!
