It has occurred to me that "Less than Lethal" use of force is being increasingly employed by law enforcement. This prompts the question: Will the high voltage make the PM go outa whack?

Best advice to anyone- paced or not- is don't get in a situation where you'll get tased, but if it happens it will not damage a pm.

Staying on the right side of the law is the best way to ensure a taser-free life....PM or no PM.

Surrounded by a taser!

The electric fence around my camp puts out enough juice to make an elephant scream! The fences pulses otherwise it would fry you as its output is 10000 volts 12 amps DC. I have occasionally inadvertently come in contact with the fence (PM and all) and although it has been a painful experience, it didn't do any harm to my PM.
Tasers put out even higher voltage than my fence so I guess I must stay away from situations where I might get tasered. I haven't known our police to use tasers but they do use teargas (chloropicrin, not mace), rubber bullets and even live ammunition so I make sure to stay away from protests :-)

In fact after the final "tweaks" of my pacemaker programming at the one year check up it is working so well that I forget I have it.
You know why

You know why they called them pioneers. They got all the arrows.
Best advise is to lay down like a dog and not prove you can be the first PM owner to die from a tazer charge.
