...to the "member list" on the upper left side of the page, you can search for Electric Frank by using the "username" field. You can also go into your private messages in the upper right of the page. When you get there, click on the "compose" tab. As you start to type his name in the "to" or "username" field, he will come up--then you can private message him about what you would like to talk about.
