Any body else got any feed back?

Thanks Frank! Figured I didn't have long so I've ordered a yound blond so I can die with LEG IN HAND and SMILE ON FACE (best therapy and insurance I know!!!)
Not your age but spring chicken either (70 in two months).
I basically took the results in stride and put it in my "HOLDING BUCKET" and take it to the gym with me each day>
I actually believe we are only as sick as our health insurance will allow! Life deals with HEALTH, WEALTH and GOD ( HEALTH and GOD I deal with daily, GRAND KIDS took care of the WEALTH part).
Have a beautiful/healthy dy!
Thanks,
Cecil

Hi Cecil First of all I wouldn't worry at all . 'TRIVIAL" is the important word. I think the letter "R" in all of these things means " Re-gurgitation" around your heart valves.
If a few red blood corpuscles are detected leaking around one of your valves then you are given these labels
I have them too and am not the least bit worried.

Let's see, the reason the alphabet conditions are trivial is that you won't live long enough to worry about them. LOL
Seriously, from what I just read it sounds like the beginnings of CHF in the right ventricle, and that 50% or so of us at this age have it. I suspect they could come up with something like that on me at 82, but I haven't had an official stress test.
The thing I've been considering for quite a few years is how I want to deal with some of these conditions. The standard of care is to take aggressive action with control of BP, chlorestorol, and a bunch of other things. Most of them can negatively affect how we feel and our ability to enjoy life to the fullest.
I wish I could find a research article that I saw a few years ago. It basically came to the conclusion that how we feel about our own health can have a major influence on it. So if we are constantly reminded by the docs that we have all this stuff to treat, are we telling ourselves that we are sick?
so rambling answer to cover that I don't know what that diagnosis means.
