pacemaker

hello, has any one had there pacemaker replaced afterhaving it for 2yrs? i had a really bad shock one day while setting at work sitting at my desk. it was so hard i put my hand in front of the pm to to cover it becouse it felt lie iwas going to pop out of my chest, some time later while i was calling ,my dr office my pm started to vibrate. i am sheduled to have surgery next month to replace. i also would like to ask if any out there has experince shoulder pain after getting there PM i have and was sheduled for surgery to shave a bone and not sure what else will be done until they get inthere becosue i can not have a MRI i was sheduled for next week this has been canceld for the moment. thanks
