Travel Insurance

Can someone please give me some help & advice. Im travelling to Florida from the UK in November & my travel insurance is sorted for that but after that if i want to travel i think im going to have problems as i have a cardiac fibroma (a benign heart tumour) This is causing me no real problems apart from affecting my heart rhythm now, thats why im having an ICD fitted next Tue. Problem is Travel insurance wont cover both cheapest quote was with Medici £129 to cover tumour and £99 to cover arrythmia but wont cover me for both! Any ideas folks??? Shall i pick just one to get covered with??

I am travelling to Florida with hubby in Sept for nearly 3 weeks. I have us both insured with AllClear I also live in UK). It cost us £226.48 but I have rheumatoid arthritis plus a PM, and I am 57 n hubby is 60 in Novenber. That is for a single trip but was one of the cheapest quotes. Obviously it costs way more for insurance to the states bcos of how expensive the treatment would be if it was needed, but it doesn't pay not to be really well insured with a reputable company if going there.
You could probably get a cheaper quote if you are younger.
good luck!
Best wishes Jan
