PAD?

Have you and your doctor discussed a condition called PAD? It involves circulation and can be very serious if not caught early. Also, if you read about Atacand, it can cause issues with the legs in some patients. You do need am answer. If you cannot find the cause working with your current medical care, then, as Grateful Heart mentioned, please get another opinion soon. Hope you get an answer shortly and are feeling much better soon. Hopeful Heart

As Hope says Atacand can cause leg problems also Netilet, which is a beta-blocker, can cause cramp-like feelings when you walk. So it MAY be the drugs.
Have a word with your Dr and suggest to him that the drugs may be causing it. Drs are accustomed to using trial-and-error before finding combinations of drugs that suit individual patients.
Re your PM lower setting. Do you know what your resting pulse rate was before you developed bradycardia ? If it was always at the high end of the normal range eg 80+, then a setting of 60 may be too low for you and could cause tiredness problems
Hope you get it sorted

I can't address your medications, I am not familiar with them. But I don't know why your Doctor is not willing to adjust some of your settings, unless there is a medical reason. If not, I would suggest you get a 2nd opinion. Find another EP who is willing to look at your settings and see if he/she can help.
The pacemakers/ ICD come out of the box with one setting. It is very common to need some adjustments to the settings as time goes by. Seek another opinion, if nothing else, to ease your mind.
Let us know how it goes for you,
