thanks 4 your comments about gettin back in to the gym.. i took the advise and went to see the doctor sadly it wasnt good news i didn get the go a head because my last few readings on the pacemaker werent good and because i have some degee of heart block i cant take the risk it was a bit of a downer for me because im only 22 but the way im lookin at it is the pacemaker is doin its job i haven had a blackout in a good while which is the first time in years

How long have you had the Pacer? Sounds like you need fine tuning.....like a race car! I had a 3rd degree block and I'm at 15+/wks. and training. Maybe you can start slow with the bar only(dumbbell bars) Make sure your at 12/wks. at least. Get them to do that TUNE UP!
