I am covered be medicare. Does medicare cover the cost of a pacemaker?

Please the call the number on your card. Yes, they do cover pacemakers, but not a lot of extras. There are a lot of additional plans and secondary ins. Check it out before you need it.
Please call them, they will answer your questions, it might take awhile but you do have the right to information.

My PM, surgery, and all subsequent support (major) has been completely covered by Medicare and my Supplement insurance (Bankers Life). I have not paid a penny ! Now that is good for the heart!!!
