pain in the neck

hi everyone i had my pacemaker replaced 6 months ago in the past few weeks ive started getting alot of pain around my pacemaker wich is located under my armpit in my lat neck and arm. ive been to the clinic they say it might be my nerve ends re growing and to take pain killers wich do nothing for the pain at all. i keep very active doing all kiinds of activites but at the moment i dont feel like doing anything,i cant even get a good nights sleep. any ideas anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This happened to me right after I was implanted. I don't know if it's normal or if it really is nerve endings growing back, but it went away about after a month. I mostly just ignored the pain, but would sometimes use homeopathic remedies to alleviate pain. It's not fun, but I think it should go away.
