Golf exercises?

Anybody have any favorites. I am doing dumbbell lunges, broom stick twists, upright rows, wrist exercises.

My favorite golf exercise is the club toss - after a crappy shot I see how far I can throw my club.

I do that exercise a lot...

How have you been, Gary?

Ive noticed that

Im frothing at the putter to hit the course soon very very soon unless winter rears its ugly head again here in Northern Indiana and it is March so it could i hope not tho. im ready for spring and summer.

I had a pacemaker in 3wks and 3 days ago because of 3rd degree heart block. They said I cant play golf for 6 weeks. Should you have your lead position checked before you play, is it ok just to start playing?

Whew Taisha!

I waited 12/weeks which put me at the end of the season. I would wait 12 if I were you. Then just do it!

Tell me about your 3rd degree H. Block
