hi there just build up your strength steadily, dont try too much high stretching or lifting just yet; do lots of shoulder rolling backwards and forwards and low grade lifting; your strength will come back it will just take a bit of time.

Left Arm Pain

I am about 6 weeks after surgery. I still get pains from my shoulder, but it seems to be getting better over time. I also had a mild infection over a week ago but antibiotics cleared it up. Different people have different restrictions after surgery. I onlt had 1 lead implanted so mine was only 3 weeks, and I have been doing more with it since that time trying to get it back to normal. I did notice driving bothered it, but since I have been driving more it does not seem so bad. I think over time the uncomfortable part will go away. Good luck!
