Depends upon your pacemaker and your underlying heart condition.
I was seeing my EP every four months. Then as problems got resolved went to every six months, then every nine months. Now am on a year.
The pacemaker records almost everything so if anything major it will pick it up and relay in the report. No problems, no need to see you. That's good news.
Occasionally we'll see where something gets flagged and the person is asked to go in to see the EP. People get all worked up about that. It just may mean the pacemaker caught something and the doctor wants to take a closer look. Not necessarily anything bad, just warrants a closer look.
