The comment of the tech at the office after he accidentally turns the pacer off remotely and can't turn it back on.
Instead of the "you will just have to live with it" statement the proper instruction is "you will just have to die with it. Pleasant dreams".

I dont know anyone. I am perfectly happy to go to the hospital for my checks. I prefer the idea of a "personal hand on service". I can ask the tecs all the questions that have come to mind over the last 6 months. I will be a lot happier if I could have a pacemaker which was not affected by body scanners and had a biothermal battery. But I think I am in for a long wait. Cheers Peter
