Mine was mostly gone in about 3 days, and totally gone in a week. However we are all different, but only in very rare cases have I heard of anyone still sore after 10 days.

That can create a problem because the leads usually need more time than that to get settled in and we feel like going back to our normal activities. So take it easy for whatever time your Dr said you should.

no restrictions

As long as it takes to settle down and heal in place a bit. Probably less time than the first.

If you didn't have new leads (just the replacement pacemaker) then you likely have absolutely no restrictions at all except to keep the incision dry.

You are not restricted about raising your arm, lifting, anything like that. The old leads are not going to pull out after all these years. That's only for the original surgery. And you don't have to worry about a thing. Just go about your business and enjoy life.

Is it new/first PM or Replacement?

Rules are different for first implant than replacement.
