Glad he is alive

Hi folks, I do not have a pacemaker. My husband does. I fought doctors for over a year. One month apart appointments with the cardiologist who did nothing and acted like he was smarter then everyone else. Someone at last got him into UCSD and he was told he did not have another month to live. They took him in and gave him a pacemaker and he came out of surg looking like a brand new person. Everyone needs someone to speak up for them now. I am a nag. I make him excersize etc and take care of him and his meds. He is not going anyplace with out me including to heaven. He is getting tired now like i see some of you are and i am going to nag for a O2 rate. Thanks everyone, Jean Jurkiewicz

Its a shame that it is often the case that those who fight their corner are the ones who survive. Find that person who was responsible for getting him the attention he needed and never let him forget how much you appreciate his help. Cheers Peter

Good for you

It is sad that the medical profession is so negligent these days. I like people including doctors, but when I sense I'm getting the run around I get mean. Keep it up.
